Kampyle provides users with a better way to receive and analyze feedback from customers and leads. The site allows users to receive reviews on their sales, marketing and customer support efforts. Kampyle compiles data into colorful, readable charts and graphs to break down the details and help website owners find trouble areas in their approach to converting visitors to customers. Through Kampyle, users can ask their visitors and customers questions and find out if there were any obstacles that may have deterred them from making a purchase, such as a broken link, website bug, or poor design choice. The user can also determine if their site has any product gaps or is missing any vital add ons that would entice users to make a purchase. The support side of Kampyle immediately gathers important information, such as the visitor’s session details including their operating system, location and browser, the URL where the feedback was generated and the visitors click stream.
